Ingredients
- Single Cocktail – Served on the rocks
- 4oz Bokisch Terra Alta Albariño
- 1.5oz Grapefruit Vodka (Deep Edy Grapefruit is my favorite, also try Absolut Ruby Red)’
- 2oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- .25oz lemon juice
Instructions
- This is the single cocktail version.
- Mix all ingredients in a large glass or shaker.
- Pour over an ice filled goblet.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

- Batched (serves 7)
- 1 bottle Bokisch Albariño Terra Alta
- 10oz Grapefruit Vodka
- 14oz Grapefruit Juice
- 3.5oz Simple Syrup
- 3oz Lemon Juice
Instructions
- For the large batch version, combine all ingredients into a large pitcher.
- Serve over ice filled goblets.
- Garnish with sliced grapefruit.
