This recipe reminds Markus of his childhood in Spain. Always made with fresh fruit, it is a perfect dessert for a Sunday afternoon or even a weeknight evening. Make sure to pick a fruity red wine like our Bokisch Terra Alta Vineyards Garnacha!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bokisch Garnacha
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar (or to taste)
- 2 baskets Fresh Strawberries (halved)
Instructions
- Stir together wine, lemon juice, and sugar .
- Mix in strawberries and let 1 hour.
- Serve berries in small bowls with some of their juices.
