This is so easy and yummy. The saltiness of the jamon, the creamy tangy Manchego and the sweetness of the Membrillo make an irresistible combination. This pairs perfectly with our Rosado. Great for lunch or even dinner with a nice salad of tossed garden greens.

- 2-4 slices Manchego cheese
- 2 slices Jamon Serrano or Prosciutto
- 4-6 spoonfuls of Membrillo (Quince paste)

Notes
Slice into strips or squares to make into a yummy tapa!
You can find Membrillo (Spanish Quince Paste) at many grocery stores now in the cheese section. I love to have it on hand for a quick easy tapa when last minute guests come by for a glass of wine!
