Recipe: Plat Miro
Summary: A fancy looking starter that is quick and easy.
Ingredients
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mixed Olives of your choice (Arbequinas, Picholine, Kalamata)
- Olive Tapenade
- Boquerónes (Anchovies)
- Pimentón Dulce (Spanish Paprika)
Instructions
- Plate on a Square White Ceramic Dish
- Drizzle a thin layer of Olive oil
- Place 4-6 Olives in one corner
- Place a teaspoon of Olive Tapenade in opposite corner
- Place 2 or 3 Boquerones diagonally across center
- Make a design with dots or squiggly lines with the paprika to resemble a painting by Catalan Artist Joan Miró
