Patatas Bravas – Spain’s Most Popular Tapa October 22, 2010 by admin Recipe: Patatas Bravas Summary: There are a million different ways to make the “brava” sauce. This is an easy recipe my sister-in-law taught me and the kids love it! Ingredients 6 yellow potatoes (peeled and cut into 1″ cubes) 1/2 onion (minced) 3 cloves garlic (minced) 3 Tbsp Spanish Paprika 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 cup olive oil Instructions Saute onion and garlic in 3 Tbsp olive oil until soft. Add paprika, Tabasco and crushed red pepper. Pour into a bowl and mix in ketchup and mayonnaise. Season with salt & pepper. Fry potatoes in olive oil until golden brown.
