- Spanish Pimenton (smoked paprika)
- Wildflower Honey
Instructions
- Slice the Manchego into triangles (keep edible rind on top edge)
- Sprinkle with Spanish Pimenton (smoked paprika)
- Drizzle with honey (warm first if too thick)
There are many types of delicious imported Spanish Smoked Paprika. You can get dulce (sweet) or picante (spicy). They taste very similar so either one works.
