This cute little tapa is a perfect bite of deliciousness. The creamy Manchego combined with the peach jam and dried apricot pair beautifully with our award winning Garnacha Blanca.
Ingredients
- Manchego Cheese
- Peach Jam
- Dried Apricots
- Blueberries
Instructions
- Cut the Manchego into triangles about ¼ inch thick.
- Recut into smaller bite-sized triangles.
- Cut the dried apricots in half or quarters.
- Skewer the cheese followed by the apricot and a blueberry on top.
- Put the skewer on a dollop of jam and serve!
Notes
This recipe can be made a couple hours in advance and is best served at room temperature to get the full flavor of the cheese.
Serve on a white platter for a beautiful effect.
