This tangy and crunchy holiday spread is my "go to" during the holidays for 4 top reasons...1st-it's sooo yummy, 2nd-it's so easy to make with ingredients on hand, 3rd-it's so festive and beautiful and 4th-it goes well with so many Bokisch wines! I especially like it with our winemaker's Estate red blend. Ho, ho, ho!
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese (can substitute goat cheese)
- 1 jar raspberry jam (can substitute jam of choice)
- ½ cup toasted pecans
- ½ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
- Rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Place cream cheese on platter.
- Spread one layer of jam on top.
- Top with one layer of toasted pecans.
- Pack pomegranate seeds along all 4 sides.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped rosemary.
- Serve on nice platter with sprigs of fresh pine.
