Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 Ahi Tuna Steak
2 Tbsp Wasabi paste
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Sesame seeds
Scallions for garnish
Instructions
Pat dry the ahi steak and rub it with olive oil. Coat with sesame seeds.
Make the Wasabi Mayo by combining the wasabi paste and the mayo. Adjust to your preferred spice level.
On a hot griddle sear the ahi tuna steak on the stovetop for about 2 minutes per side with some vegetable oil depending on the thickness of the steak. The key is to make sure it is still pink on the inside so it doesn't overcook.
Drizzle the wasabi mayo on top with a sprinkling of chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
