Summer Salad of Watermelon, Yellow Pear Toms and Feta

I like to make this festive summer salad as a perfect side dish to bring along to any BBQ. It is fresh and simple to make. It is best when in season with ripe yellow pear tomatoes and seasonal watermelon. A drizzle of flavored orange olive oil adds a special touch. You can also spike with Tajin to give it a Mexican twist!

Ingredients
Seedless Watermelon
Chunky Feta Cheese
Yellow Pear Tomatoes
Fresh Thyme
Black Sea Salt
Orange Infused Olive Oil (can substitute extra virgin)
Instructions
Cut watermelon into triangles layer onto a platter.
Cut yellow pear tomatoes in half & sprinkle onto watermelon.
Crumble the feta on top to taste.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme and black sea salt.
Drizzle with Orange Infused Olive Oil.
