I love this quick and easy tapa to bring to a party or serve before dinner. It is crunchy, salty, chewy and creamy…all in one delicious bite!

Ingredients
- 12 Medjool Dates
- Gorgonzola or Spanish Cabrales Cheese
- 1 cup Salted & Toasted Marcona Almonds
- Honey or Balsamic glaze (optional)
- Prosciutto (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the dates lengthwise so they fold open and remove the pits
- Stuff with the blue cheese
- Place one or two Marcona Almond on top of the blue cheese
- Serve on a small platter or shallow bowl on a bed of Marcona Almonds
- Drizzle with honey if desired
- Optional: Wrap with Prosciutto, insert toothpick and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
