I love Spanish Romesco sauce and any time I get an excuse to enjoy it! This easy recipe is perfect for the summer or for a cocktail party with friends. Serve with Bokisch Albarino, Verdejo or Garnacha Blanca!
Ingredients
- Prawns
- Romesco Sauce (recipe separate)

Instructions
- Steam the prawns until tender. Put into a bowl with ice and water to chill.
- Let drain and pat dry.
- Serve with Romesco sauce.
Notes
You can shortcut the cooking by getting frozen bag of pre-cooked and shelled prawns. Just let defrost in water or in the fridge and voila!
