
Ingredients
- 1 Shallot (minced)
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1 Tbsp Minced Rosemary
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Balsamic
- Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- Mushrooms (Baby Portabella, Crimini or Shitake)
- French Baguette
- Basil Leaves
- Pimentón Dulce (Sweet Spanish Paprika)
- Sea Salt
- Bamboo Skewers
Instructions
- Prepare Vinaigrette: Whisk first 5 ingredients. Season with Salt.
- Cut Mozzarella Balls into 4 quarters. Roll in Pimentón Dulce.
- Cut Baguette into bite sized chunks.
- Skewer bread, Mozzarella piece, mushroom, basil leaf and end with bread
- Baste with Vinaigrette and Grill over medium heat.
Notes
This can be turned into a delicious dinner by adding zuchinni and red bell pepper onto the skewer!
