This little scrumptious tapa has everything in one bite! This tapa taste was designed specifically to pair with our Tizona Petit Verdot. It has a trio of flavors of chocolate, blackberry, goat cheese and a sprinkling of sea salt. It will melt in your mouth combined with our silky Petit Verdot.
Ingredients
- Mini Crostini Toasts
- Nutella
- Plain Goat Cheese by Skyhill Farms
- Blackberry Jam
- Sea Salt
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Spoon three equal parts of goat cheese, nutella and blackberry jam onto a bite sized crostini.
- Add a bittersweet chocolate kiss in the middle.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground sea salt & a single sprig of rosemary.
