Recipe: 5 Minute Molten Mocha Cake

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons chopped chocolate (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Water
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients with a fork.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry.
- Put batter in a mug or dessert bowl, receptacle should not be more than 3/4 full.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before turning out or eating.
- To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar or fresh raspberries and serve with Bokisch Tempranillo.
- For the best texture, don’t make this ahead, serve immediately!
